These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by Abstract Lab on its website https://www.abstractlab.shop/. By placing an order on our site, you unreservedly accept these terms and conditions.

2. Products

The products sold by Abstract Lab are handcrafted spirits under the Abstract brand, available for purchase by adults in accordance with French legislation.

The product descriptions, photos, and illustrations are provided for informational purposes. Abstract Lab cannot be held responsible for minor differences between the delivered product and its online presentation.

3. Prices

Product prices are displayed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), as applicable on the order date. Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected by these changes.

Shipping fees are calculated in addition to the product price at checkout and vary based on the destination.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes full acceptance of these GTCS. Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with the order details.

Abstract Lab reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases of disputes or legitimate concerns about the customer’s payment ability.

5. Payment

Payment for products is due immediately upon order confirmation. We accept the following payment methods via Shopify Pay:

All transactions are secure and encrypted to protect your personal and banking information.

6. Delivery

We deliver to the areas specified in our Shipping Policy, via our partners UPS & DHL. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destinations and transportation conditions.

In the event of delays or issues related to shipping (e.g., broken or opened products), the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt to arrange a replacement or reshipment.

7. Retention of Ownership

Products remain the property of Abstract Lab until full payment is received. However, risks (e.g., loss, theft, deterioration) transfer to the customer upon delivery.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with applicable law, the products sold by Abstract Lab are not subject to a right of withdrawal under Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code due to their nature (foodstuffs, alcoholic beverages). However, in cases of defects or shipping errors, we offer a replacement or reshipment of the damaged product. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.

9. Warranties and Liability

Products sold on the site are covered by legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-12 of the Consumer Code) and hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code). In case of non-compliance or defects, please contact us at shop@abstract.cool to arrange a replacement.

Abstract Lab is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase of its products.

11. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

These GTCS are governed by French law. In case of a dispute, French courts will have exclusive jurisdiction. However, under the Consumer Code, you may also opt for free mediation to resolve disputes amicably.

12. Modification of the GTCS

Abstract Lab reserves the right to modify or update these GTCS at any time. The GTCS applicable are those in effect at the time of the order.
