At Abstract Lab, we take great pride in ensuring the quality of our products and providing you with a flawless customer experience. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order encounters a shipping-related issue, we offer a quick and suitable solution.
Replacement or Reshipment Conditions
If you receive a damaged or non-compliant product (e.g., broken bottle, half-empty bottle, or opened bottle), we offer you the option to get a replacement or reshipment of your order.
The conditions to qualify for a replacement or reshipment are as follows:
- Your claim must be made within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- You must provide clear evidence of the issue (photos of the bottle and packaging) and send them to shop@abstract.cool.
Claim Process
- Contact us at shop@abstract.cool, providing your order number and photos of the damaged or opened products.
- Once your claim is validated, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost, or issue a refund according to your preference.
Exceptions
We do not offer exchanges or refunds for the following reasons:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Incorrect handling or use of the product after receipt
