1. Delivery Areas
We use UPS for France and DHL for Europe and the United Kingdom to deliver our products. Orders can be shipped to the following countries:
- France
- Europe Zone 1: Germany, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands & Vatican
- Europe Zone 2: Austria, Denmark, Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Northern Ireland, and Wales
- Europe Zone 3: Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia & Sweden
- Europe Zone 4: England & Scotland
- Europe Zone 5: Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino, Serbia & Switzerland

2. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination and the weight of your order. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout.
- Delivery in mainland France via UPS Access Point: Free
- Delivery in mainland France via UPS: €8
- Delivery in Europe Zone 1: €10
- Delivery in Europe Zone 2: €10
- Delivery in Europe Zone 3: €12
- Delivery in Europe Zone 4: €14
- Delivery in Europe Zone 5: €18
- Delivery in all European zones: Free for orders of 6 or more bottles
3. Delivery Times
Delivery times depend on your location and are estimated as follows:
- Mainland France: 2 to 5 business days
- Europe: 5 to 10 business days
Please note that these times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as customs conditions or peak periods.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track the progress of your delivery on the website of our shipping partners (UPS for France and DHL for Europe).
5. Shipping Issues
If your order arrives damaged (e.g., broken or opened bottle), please contact us within 48 hours of receipt, including photos, at shop@abstract.cool. We will take the necessary steps to arrange for a replacement or reshipment. Refer to our Return and Refund Policy for more details.
6. Non-Delivery or Delays
If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at shop@abstract.cool. We will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
